"GradBags was a really simple and innovative solution to two problems – how do I build a relationship with a new graduate and get their forwarding address before they leave? Ordinarily we don’t get data from our registry until 3 months after graduation, when it is already out of date. GradBags gave us an instant solution to collect forwarding addresses from students when they registered for their FREE GradBag and we had that data within a few days of graduation. Graduation itself gave us the opportunity to start the all important relationship with the graduate – we sent them a congratulations txt message from the alumni team on the morning of their ceremony and then met them in person when they collected their GradBag full of goodies, a gift from the alumni team. We covered the cost of the programme with sponsorship from local companies who paid to have their logo on the bag and to insert information and a gift, this has been a great tool in developing sponsorship opportunities for other projects. The team at Campus are a pleasure to work with – they are enthusiastic, flexible, helpful and professional.
